I support Xgenex customers with field service, equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site technical support in poultry processing facilities across the Southeast and beyond.

  • Equipment installation, startup support, controller setup, sensor integration, and getting systems operational in the field.

  • Routine inspection, calibration, equipment checks, troubleshooting, and keeping installed systems operating reliably.

  • Working with plant teams around PAA control, pH, intervention systems, chemical feed, and process performance.

  • On-site response, operator support, coordinating with Xgenex technical resources, and helping plant teams resolve issues in real operating conditions.
